Description
The lightest and smallest chainsaw ever produced by Echo – it has a 25cm bar and weighs only 2.3kg – the CS-2511TES is aimed at professional tree-surgeons looking for a safe and comfortable way to tackle in-tree applications. It might be compact, but it’s nevertheless impressively powerful, with its 25cc air-cooled two-stroke engine producing a beefy 1.5hp and employing Echo’s cutting-edge engine technologies for clean-running and fuel-efficient operation with no compromise on performance. Easy Start drastically reduces resistance in the recoil-mechanism; important when starting the engine in the canopy; while Echo’s G-Force pre-cleaner means you’ll rarely have to clean or replace the air-filter. The Echo CS-2511TES Top-Handle Chainsaw is equipped with a swing-out lanyard ring for attaching it to harness ropes, which in turn frees-up your hands for easy climbing. It features an adjustable chain-oiler for the management of varying timber densities; and narrow housing-louvres that prevent pine needles and other woodworking debris from contaminating the engine compartment. Handily, the starter-cord toggle on the CS-2511TES can be used to quickly remove the fuel- and oil-caps, and ensures you won’t have to remove gloves when doing so. This class-leading X-Series model can handle cuts in 20cm-diameter branches – even beech and oak – without a dip in engine power.
