Power is supplied by an easy-starting 31.8cc (2hp) engine, which incorporates Stihl’s stratified-charge technology for a marked cut in both fuel-costs and unpleasant exhaust emissions; and ErgoStart for smooth, low-effort pull-starts. A carburettor-compensator works to maintain a consistent fuel/air mixture for peak performance at all times; while an advanced pre-separation air-filter provides optimum component protection, thereby maximising engine-life.
