The Racing Blue RAC50PW comes with a powerful 21.6v/2.6Ah battery, which, thanks to its lithium-ion technology, offers impressively long runtimes and charges to capacity far faster than lower-spec ni-cad units (the maximum runtime is around 90 minutes). Its compact design – it has an 18cm cut – makes it ideal if your garden has narrow strips of grass and/or areas that would be impossible to access with a larger model. It also means you’ll have no trouble finding a spot for in the shed. Safety features on the Racing Blue RAC50PW Robot Mower include a rain-sensor, which prevents mowing in damp conditions; and a tilt-sensor, which ensures the blade is brought to an immediate halt if the mower is tipped. A pin-code disabling system and alarm help to prevent theft. The Racing Blue RAC50PW Robot Mower utilises mulching blades, so there’s no need to collect clippings and your lawn will be kept moist and naturally nourished. The blade-height is quick and easy to adjust between 25 and 85mm to suit the conditions and your preferred finish. Supremely flexible in use, the Racing Blue RAC50PW offers four mowing-modes: Random; Spiral; Zig-Zag; Edge. An optional remote-control is available; ideal for moving the mower from site to site.
