Part of DeWalt’s cordless landscaping range, the DCMPH566 is an 18v hedge trimmer which can be used with a DeWalt 18v XR battery or with one of the larger Flexvolt batteries which will enable it to be used for longer periods without interruption. Extended reach and an articulating head means the DCMPH566 is ideal for trimming taller or deeper hedges as well as accessing other awkward areas while maintaning a comfortable standing position. The machine has been carefully weight balanced to minimize fatigue and the lightweight shaft reduces strain on the arms. The DeWalt XR battery platform provides a much more user friendly alternative to petrol powered landscaping tools, and the outdoor range consists of all the essentials such as hedge and grass trimmers, chainsaws, lawnmowers and leaf blowers. The DCMPH566 is available either as a complete kit with a battery and charger or as a bare tool foor users who do not need them. This version is supplied with a 5.0ah battery and charger.
