It is recommended to start on the highest cutting setting then work down gradually to avoid damaging the grass and get the best cut and finish on the lawn. The 70 litre canvas & hard top grass box has an indicator to let you know when it’s full.Included as standard with the Mountfield SP485 HW V is a mulch plug. When fitted at the rear of the lawn mower into the grass chute the mulch plug allows the grass cuttings to be mulched into very tiny pieces which are then blown back onto the ground.
