They have telescopic handles which can be extended to 900mm for cutting higher branches with ease. Wolf Garten’s Power Cut technology uses leverage and gearing to help minimise the amount of physical effort needed to complete a cut. Power Cut is designed in a star rating system which indicates the amount of power transmission of the mechanism; the higher the star count, the less strength is required to cut the same branch. RS900T loppers are part of the highest rated three-star series, meaning the cutting force applied by the operator is quadrupled. This means branches up to 50mm in diameter can be cut easily.
