Built with a quiet, 1.5kW DigiTorq brushless motor, it has the equivalent output to a 100cc petrol engine. The Combi 50S AE is a variable speed mower with electronic transmission, this enables the operator to adjust the mowing speed of the self-propelled drive between 2.5 and 5.0km/h. There is a handy ergonomic dial on the handle bar which can save your speed preferences and a LCD screen relays battery information and drive position. For standard lawn conditions there is an ECO Mode, which when activated reduces the motor speed from 2900 to 2600 RPM, this preserves battery energy and adds 15% to the run time.The 53cm cutting width, robust steel chassis and ample 70L collection bag make it an ideal choice for gardens 30m x 30m. The Stiga Combi 50S AE has larger rear wheels for easier manoeuvrability, and high-quality ball bearing wheels for a smoother mowing over uneven ground. The 5 cutting heights are easily adjusted with a range of 25 up to 80mm. The Combi 55S AE comes with a mulch plug which gives you the option to eject your clipping directly onto the ground for healthy lawn growth. The mulching function chops the clippings into fine pieces and returns them to the lawn this helps to retain moisture and adds nutrients to the grass. To ensure the maximum productivity the Stiga Combi 55S AE comes with two 5.0Ah lithium batteries.
