The head on the G40LTK2 is single feed and auto feed with 1.6mm cutting line. The cutting line length is controlled by ‘bumping’ the trimmer head on the ground. This releases more line. If you are trimming around delicate plants then the protection bar can be extended.nThe multi position head can be rotated 90 degrees into an edging position so the trimmer can be used as a lawn edger. The loop handle has a cushioned grip which makes the trimmer more comfortable to use.nBattery powered grass trimmers are quiet and produce fewer emissions than petrol models. They give the freedom to move around without cables so all areas of the lawn and garden can be reached. The 40v 2Ah battery takes 60 minutes to charge and can be used for up to 40 minutes depending on the cutting conditions.
